💼 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our growing accountancy firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

You will act as a key link between our internal team and clients, ensuring all information is complete, approvals are received on time, and client queries are handled professionally.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Send final accounts/reports to clients for approval
  • Queries followup with clients on regular basis
  • Follow up with clients for pending approvals and required information (e.g. UTR, documents)
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, tax, admin) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Update and manage client records in CRM
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction
  • Other Jobs duties

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience dealing with international clients (preferred)
  • Strong follow-up and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office tools
