About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our customers, sales team, warehouse team, and online platforms to help ensure orders are entered accurately, questions are answered clearly, and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable with a high volume of calls, strong attention to detail, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide helpful, professional support
  • Enter and update customer orders accurately
  • Maintain customer account information and order details
  • Assist customers with order status, pickups, product information, and general questions
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to help resolve customer concerns
  • Communicate with warehouse teams to help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
  • Monitor online platforms and keep order information updated as needed
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams with a sense of urgency
  • Help maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable support
  • Assist with daily office and customer service tasks as assigned

Experience That Is a Plus

  • Previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Previous office experience
  • Experience entering or managing customer orders
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of P21
