JR286 is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the international team in Hilversum. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for global distributors, managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to delivery. You will support the International Nike and Dakine accessories business and report directly to the Senior Customer Service Manager International.
This is a 3-month temporary assignment with a high possibility for an extension.
What are you going to do?
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned international distributors, ensuring clear communication and close alignment with internal teams and the Senior Customer Service Manager.
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Planning to meet distributor needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues across orders, logistics, and financial processes, leveraging data and internal expertise.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processes (including PPRs and Letters of Credit) in partnership with Finance teams in the Netherlands and the U.S.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support additional projects, including occasional work across global time zones.

- 2+ years of customer service experience (international or sports industry is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent)
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Oracle, DOMO, Monday.com, or Elastic is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Understanding of logistics and/or supply chain is preferred
