Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. This is a full-time, on-site position.
The successful candidate will assist clients with policy inquiries, process policy changes, provide administrative support, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about insurance products and policy coverage.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and client concerns.
- Assist with claim-related inquiries.
- Work closely with brokers and team members to support clients.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset but not required.
- RIBO licensed candidates are preferred; candidates willing to obtain their RIBO license are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
