YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT
- Be the voice of trust — Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing warm, professional, and reliable support.
- Deliver excellent service — Answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and guide clients through processes with patience, clarity, and confidence.
- Keep communication moving — Manage calls, emails, messages, and follow-ups to ensure every client receives timely and accurate support.
- Own the client experience — Make sure clients feel heard, informed, and supported from the first interaction to resolution.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented — Maintain accurate records, update systems, track requests, and document important client information.
- Solve problems quickly — Identify client needs, escalate urgent matters when needed, and help create smooth service experiences.
- Support internal teams efficiently — Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and client-facing departments to keep operations running smoothly.

- Full professional fluency in English — written and verbal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A warm, patient, and professional approach to client interactions.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, client support, administrative support, intake, or coordination roles.
- Confidence handling multiple conversations, requests, and priorities at once.
- Comfort using CRMs, ticketing systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools.
- The discipline to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: experience supporting U.S.-based clients, law firms, or professional service businesses.
