How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Receive and process incoming customer samples for laboratory testing
  • Accurately enter sample information into laboratory systems while verifying customer documentation
  • Communicate with customers regarding sample receipt, testing requests, turnaround times, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with laboratory teams to ensure samples move efficiently through the testing process
  • Generate customer communications, documentation, and testing records
  • Coordinate shipments to partner laboratories when needed
  • Maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service
  • Support continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Customer service or administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with laboratory software, LIMS, SAP, or within a laboratory or scientific environment is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of accuracy
