Position Summary
We are a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of high-end specialty floor protection products serving customers nationwide. As a growing company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling order inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating order status updates. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively with multiple departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
· Provide product information and pricing quotes to customers.
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Monitor and update customers on order status and shipment progress.
· Work closely with the Shipping Department to ensure orders are shipped on time.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, shipping, or delivery issues.
· Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
· Assist with administrative and customer support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous customer service experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Experience with SOS Inventory and Zoho CRM is a plus, but not required.
