We’re looking for strong communicators to join our international support team and help families receive fast, clear, and professional assistance throughout their learning journey.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Respond to parent and student inquiries through Omnidesk via chat and ticket support
- Assist with lesson access, technical issues, payment verification, and account-related requests
- Communicate with parents in a professional, clear, and trust-building way
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed to resolve issues effectively
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across the platform
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills with a patient, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong written communication skills for chat and ticket handling
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Availability to work 45 hours per week in scheduled shifts between 10:00 and 22:00
- Working schedule: 5 working days and 2 days off per week
- Please note: 40 hours are active working hours and 5 hours are break time
- A suitable work-from-home setup: computer, headset/microphone, and stable internet connection

💰 Compensation
Fixed salary plus a KPI-based bonus system. Full compensation details will be explained clearly during the interview process.
