Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Process UPS shipments and related requests.
  • Process claims and additional service requests as business needs change.
  • Research and resolve customer issues with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Verify customer eligibility, payment information, order status, shipping status, and product availability.
  • Complete documentation, correspondence, and forms accurately.
  • Process orders, payments, and related transactions.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions.
  • Identify trends or recurring customer concerns and communicate them to leadership.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
