Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Renewals Representative II to support the end-to-end management of hardware renewals, contract reconciliations, billing inquiries, and customer account maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate contract execution, maintaining renewal pipelines, supporting revenue retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer renewals, contract administration, and billing processes, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hardware renewal contracts with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with invoicing schedules.
- Perform detailed hardware reconciliations and contract reviews to ensure customer agreements are accurately reflected.
- Process contract updates, auto-renewal changes, and product or service terminations as required.
- Research customer agreements to support contract interpretation and compliance.
- Respond to billing inquiries and assist with contract-related customer requests.
- Retain customer revenue by partnering with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Collections.
- Maintain and manage assigned renewal pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely contract processing.
- Update customer records and renewal activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure a positive customer experience and support long-term customer success.
- Assist management and team members with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a customer renewals, contract administration, or customer success environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or enterprise software solutions.
- Background in contract management, billing operations, or revenue operations is highly preferred.
