About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Mulgrave.
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across order processing, quotations, product enquiries, order tracking and customer requests. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and online channels.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and provide updates on order status, product availability and delivery timelines.
- Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism, empathy and urgency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in accordance with established processes.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies and customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Contribute to service excellence, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Sales Support role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer enquiries and build positive relationships.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms will be highly regarded.
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry is advantageous.
