Customer Service Representative (Hospitality)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Authors is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support guest communications and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests, owners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and email.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and service recovery efforts.
• Ensure response times and communication standards are consistently met.

Requirements:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, or guest relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and communication platforms.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
