  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, health insurance, or managed care, including eligibility verification and referral processing.
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls, responding to member inquiries, and providing administrative support in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)/care management systems, with strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, providers, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Must reside in Ohio and be able to work full-time remotely (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) with a private, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
