Customer Service Associate (Commercial Clients)
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of commercial clients, including both new and existing customers, ensuring seamless setup and activation.
- Act as a key liaison between the new product sales team and customers, supporting product adoption and onboarding activities.
- Engage with clients through multiple channels—chat, email, and phone calls—to explain products, processes, and requirements in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle high-volume multitasking, toggling between customer interactions, internal coordination, and back-office onboarding activities.
- Perform back-office operational tasks related to customer onboarding, documentation, and data validation.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to rephrase, clarify, and simplify product or process information for customers.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience, accuracy, and compliance throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience in both voice and back‑office support.
- Banking experience is required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC.
- Flexible to work in any shift schedule.
