We're seeking a passionate Remote Customer Service Agent to delight clients and ensure every journey is seamless magic.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations on every trip detail.
Handle inquiries via email, chat, phone—transforming concerns into a happy yes.
Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for luxury escapes.
Optimize response funnels, minimizing delays and boosting satisfaction scores.
Nurture relationships post-booking, ensuring smooth travels from itinerary to homecoming.
Deliver top-tier, high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a smile
Nice to Have
Travel industry savvy and AI tools for quick personalization (preferred, not required – zero experience also welcomed
Stellar communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms
