Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and trends Develop strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates

Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve claims

Prepare and submit appeals with complete documentation

Track and follow up on appeal status

Maintain accurate records of denial management activities

Generate reports on denial trends and performance metrics

Stay updated on industry regulations and payer policies
