We are a business development and customer based firm that works with companies to support their customer acquisition, retention, and sales operations. Our team focuses on building strong relationships with businesses, improving customer experiences, and supporting day-to-day operations that drive measurable results.

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to work directly with businesses and customers to support sales initiatives. In this Customer Service Representative role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing accurate information on services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial sales contact through follow-up.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for businesses and customer inquiries
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, products, and available options
  • Handle customer interactions in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner
  • Process all sales orders for customers and businesses who are interested in services available
  • Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate services or solutions options
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of requests
  • Assist in coordinating customer accounts, service requests, and general inquiries
  • Monitor and report customer feedback to support improvements in service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and execution
  • Manage daily workload while meeting performance expectations and deadlines

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Reliable, professional, and consistent in meeting expectations

Pay: $900.00 – $1,400.00 per week
