Customer Service Representative Jobs in Evansville, WY at Temco Logistics

Temco Logistics is looking for a part time customer-oriented service representative to join our Team in Evansville, WY. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday – this is an afternoon/evenings position with a longer day on Saturday – have to have open availability as business needs can change.
  • The position will also cover when the Router is off for any reason, etc.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls from customers and internal technicians.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Talk to our drivers regarding their routes, make sure they are on track.
  • Data Entry

Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

SCHEDULE: Tentative Schedule and subject to Change: Tuesday, Wed, Thurs and Friday: 12:00pm-5:30pm; Saturday: 7:00am-6:00pm.
