Join our team as a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative for a leading beverage distribution company. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination between our clients, customers, and drivers. We are looking for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain high levels of accuracy while multitasking.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Hub: Serve as the point of contact for external clients and customers, as well as internal drivers, via a multi-line phone system.
- Driver Support: Actively receive calls from drivers to address questions, concerns, or delivery issues in real-time.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate data entry of transportation activities, delivery details, and fleet management records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.
- ​Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data management.
- ​Data Entry: High level of typing accuracy and comfort with digital record-keeping.
- ​Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
- ​Experience: Proven experience in customer service or dispatching within a transportation/logistics environment.
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
