PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for all daily operations related to customer orders with contacts with customers, Sales team, and Molex KS plant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Manage the sales order process for the assigned market areas and customers. Process customer orders according to standard procedure.
  • Responsible for Process customer feedback, advisories, complaints. Follow up on final response to internal and external customers
  • Sales Order planning in collaboration with production, logistics and BDM
  • Responsible for Sales Forecast & Credit risk and Billings. Manage billings to customer on timely basis by issuing accurate ERP invoices with Finance team. Checking Credit Limits and Past Due reports before invoicing
  • Track & coordinate delivery of orders & communicate details to external and internal customers
  • Involves in logistic, import and export arrangement for inventory management and deliveries in department
  • Responsible for other assignments from supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree

Key request is customer focus, multi-tasks managing ability, Ownership, and value creation.

Fluent English, both oral and written.

Having proficient experience of customer service, minimum 3-5 years.

Having the knowledge & experience of Customs clearance for goods and equipment.
