Role Overview:
Are you a proactive communicator who knows how to build trust, even when things get tricky? We’re seeking a Support Specialist who is fluent in English and excels at clear, professional writing. You’ll be responsible for managing customer expectations, creating effective response templates, and maintaining our CRM. We need someone responsible, empathetic, and ready to take ownership of the customer experience.
This is a full-time, on-site contractor role based in Bucaramanga.
