About the Role:

You will support and manage a portfolio of trade customers through regular outbound calls and day-to-day engagement, helping build relationships and identify opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment. This is an office-based role located in Prestons, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, retain, and grow an assigned portfolio of cabinet maker customers, ensuring strong relationships and regular engagement
  • Maintain consistent outbound call activity aligned with weekly KPIs
  • Identify growth opportunities through proactive outbound calling, reactivation of dormant accounts, and product promotion
  • Provide excellent customer service through regular phone-based engagement in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are properly documented
  • Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to ensure smooth customer support and follow-through

About You:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Internal Sales, or Customer Support
  • Confident communicating with customers over the phone in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment with daily activity targets
  • Motivated to grow into a sales or account management career path
