Salary: RM3,200 – 4,000
Allowance: RM350 (shift) + RM35 (transport) + RM45 (night/shift) + RM30 (split shift) as required
*6 months training bond contract
*Without CTOS CCRIS issue
Requirements
• Min. 1 year customer service experience (Live Chat / Email / Inbound).
• Contact center background preferred.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple chats efficiently.
• Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & PH.
• CRM & telephony tools knowledge preferred.

Training will be provided for 10weeks, hence there's a contract to sign – training bond. The contract will bond you for 6 months starting from your joining date, if you resign within 6 months, you will need to pay the company for RM2500. Bcs the company does not want the employee resign right after the training is provided, to prevent wasting their resources. This is a permanent job.
