We are looking for (5) Customer Service Representatives (remote, or in-person in our Medina office):

As a Customer Service Representative, youll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environmenthelping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.

Required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher setting
Must live within 50 miles of Halfmoon, Medina, or Rochester, NY
Strong verbal and written communication
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Familiarity with AS400.
