- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and product availability
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales)
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & French) with strong communication skills
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or administration (manufacturing/distribution is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
