Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the financial sector.

Requirement:

  • Must have 4-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Rep in the financial sector
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Must possess the ability to de-escalate customer issues and handle all customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Must have financial acumen – Pricing, understanding revenue
  • Must have experience working with cross functional teams such as (Sales, CSM, Legal, FP&A, Product)
  • Must have Clear executive‑level communication and stakeholder management
  • Must have experience analyzing data
  • Must have experience using Excel, Salesforce reporting or other reporting tool
  • Experience enhancing processes
  • Familiarity with sales/enablement tools (SFDC, Gong, Seismic, Jira)
