Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the financial sector.
Requirement:
- Must have 4-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Rep in the financial sector
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to de-escalate customer issues and handle all customer inquiries with professionalism
- Must have financial acumen – Pricing, understanding revenue
- Must have experience working with cross functional teams such as (Sales, CSM, Legal, FP&A, Product)
- Must have Clear executive‑level communication and stakeholder management
- Must have experience analyzing data
- Must have experience using Excel, Salesforce reporting or other reporting tool
- Experience enhancing processes
- Familiarity with sales/enablement tools (SFDC, Gong, Seismic, Jira)
