About the Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support order management and customer interaction activities. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, Warehouse teams, and internal departments—ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.

What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, product availability, and service requests
- Proactively communicate order status updates to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams
Order Management
- Enter, update, and track orders within the company ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Validate orders for correct pricing, quantities, allocation, and availability
- Identify and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and documentation issues
Issue Resolution & Logistics Support
- Address shipping delays, delivery exceptions, return requests (RMA), and documentation errors
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Support Accounts Receivable with invoice discrepancies and basic chargeback documentation
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate reporting and order status updates
- Review daily order activity and resolve claims and customer issues efficiently
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with testing and implementing tools or procedures that enhance order management operations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of customer service or order management experience
- ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
- EDI and order‑to‑cash process knowledge a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, customer‑first mindset
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Languages
