About the Role

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support order management and customer interaction activities. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, Warehouse teams, and internal departments—ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, product availability, and service requests
  • Proactively communicate order status updates to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams

Order Management

  • Enter, update, and track orders within the company ERP (NetSuite preferred)
  • Validate orders for correct pricing, quantities, allocation, and availability
  • Identify and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and documentation issues

Issue Resolution & Logistics Support

  • Address shipping delays, delivery exceptions, return requests (RMA), and documentation errors
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Support Accounts Receivable with invoice discrepancies and basic chargeback documentation

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate reporting and order status updates
  • Review daily order activity and resolve claims and customer issues efficiently
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist with testing and implementing tools or procedures that enhance order management operations

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of customer service or order management experience
  • ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
  • EDI and order‑to‑cash process knowledge a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, customer‑first mindset
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Languages

  • English required
  • Spanish and/or Creole a plus
