Job Purpose :

To maintain customer relationship, with the objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales and marketing objectives, profit, other economic goals

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

  1. Control contract, lending, agreement
  2. Prepare and launch new project information.
  3. Follow FA submission schedule
  4. Key in/ follow up customer PO and inform related department.
  5. Follow DO daily and settle all issues related to delivery and quality….
  6. Contact customers and solving customer’s requirements, complaining…
  7. Report daily issue and result to Management team/ Sales team
  8. Visit to customer if need
  9. Other assignments given by Management team/ Sales team

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Fluent English communication
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
  4. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  5. Have strong communication, and negotiation skills
  6. Knowledge on product management, reaching volume, revenue, and profit targets.
  7. Strong ability in relationships with teams and adaptability to new environments and new functions.
  8. Familiar with manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
