Job Purpose :
To maintain customer relationship, with the objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales and marketing objectives, profit, other economic goals
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
- Control contract, lending, agreement
- Prepare and launch new project information.
- Follow FA submission schedule
- Key in/ follow up customer PO and inform related department.
- Follow DO daily and settle all issues related to delivery and quality….
- Contact customers and solving customer’s requirements, complaining…
- Report daily issue and result to Management team/ Sales team
- Visit to customer if need
- Other assignments given by Management team/ Sales team
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Have strong communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge on product management, reaching volume, revenue, and profit targets.
- Strong ability in relationships with teams and adaptability to new environments and new functions.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
