You Make It Happen As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction for a client delivering products across Europe. You will start at an impressive new site at Logistics Park Moerdijk: a state-of-the-art warehouse spanning no less than 240,000 m². This is the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux, and you will help build its success!

What Will You Do? You will handle all administrative and planning activities for inbound and outbound shipments. You are the vital link between the warehouse and the client. You monitor progress, process order information, and ensure tight scheduling. You achieve this by:

  • Communicating proactively with customers and colleagues while always maintaining a clear overview;
  • Planning and preparing orders (both inbound and outbound);
  • Staying sharp regarding order discrepancies and acting on them immediately.
