Qualifications

  • We are looking for candidates who meet one of the following:
  • Experienced Track: At least 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Entry-Level Track: Open to College Graduates/Freshers (for specific accounts).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with precision.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account products and procedures.
