  • Accurately record customer interactions, details, and resolutions in our CRM software and ticketing systems, maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to accurately answer questions, provide guidance, and recommend solutions.
  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and a demonstrated typing speed suitable for efficient communication.

Skills & Languages

  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time management and organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.

  • Adaptability to changing customer needs and service demands.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
