Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who excels at addressing a wide range of customer questions, challenges, and requests with creativity and professionalism. This role involves engaging with customers across multiple communication channels while ensuring each interaction reflects patience, clarity, and problem‑solving excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, or social platforms to assist with inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage difficult interactions with composure and work toward effective resolution.
  • Forward conversations to higher support levels when an escalation is required.
  • Assist with service-related needs, including processing payments when applicable.
  • Document all interaction details accurately for internal tracking and reporting.
  • Provide constructive insights regarding recurring call trends or issues.
  • Recommend products or services when appropriate.
  • Represent the brand with confidence, positivity, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Ability to type 25+ words per minute.
  • Comfortable navigating desktop systems, especially Windows-based tools.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
