A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is expanding its India customer team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will be the voice customers hear first, helping a global product feel reliable and human. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound queries across chat, email, and phone, resolve issues end to end, and make sure every customer leaves the conversation in a better place than they started.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

  • Respond to customer queries across chat, email, and phone with care and speed
  • Resolve account, billing, and product questions on first contact where possible
  • Log interactions accurately and follow up until issues are fully closed

Quality & Coordination

  • Escalate complex cases to the right team with clear context
  • Spot recurring issues and share patterns with the wider team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years in customer service, support, or a contact-centre role
  • Clear, friendly written and spoken English
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
  • A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or US customers
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
