Role Description

Joining Sunline as a Customer Service Representative means stepping into a high-impact role at the center of our customers’ operations. You are not just supporting shipments— you are driving confidence, clarity, and consistency for the people who trust us to deliver.

You will own the day-to-day execution of your accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and represent Sunline with professionalism and purpose. Your focus is simple: build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a seamless experience from pickup to delivery.

What You’ll Own

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering timely, clear, and professional communication
  • Provide accurate updates on shipment status, including tracking, delays, and transit expectations
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, preferences, and priorities
  • Coordinate shipments by planning routes, aligning resources, and ensuring execution
  • Partner with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage documentation for international shipments, including customs and compliance requirements
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and resolve challenges quickly when they do
  • Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders to drive solutions
  • Track performance and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
