We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM or support systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction
- Assist with order processing, account updates, and general support tasks
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall efficiency
