We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM or support systems
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Assist with order processing, account updates, and general support tasks
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/support tools
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles is an advantage
  • Minimum secondary education required; higher education is a plus
