About the Role: High Gate is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience managing customer interactions, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates with experience handling international customers and using CRM systems are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Manage and update customer records using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
  • Meet assigned performance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a related role.
  • Experience working with international clients/customers is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM softwares
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
