Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of LinkedIn messages on a daily basis, ensuring every candidate receives an accurate and timely response. The role involves working with pre-defined templates and AI-assisted tools to maintain consistency and professionalism across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to candidate queries via LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner
- Manage high volumes of daily messages with speed and accuracy
- Use standardized templates and AI tools to ensure response quality
- Maintain minimal backlog and uphold communication standards at all times
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently
- Basic familiarity with recruitment or hiring processes is an advantage
Work Details
- Location: Gurugram (In-office)
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Alternate Saturdays: Work from home
Compensation
- Fixed Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentive: Up to Rs. 10,000 per month
