We're working with a well-established international business that urgently requires an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their UK Operations team on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Marlow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Business to Business Customer Service or Administration environment and can hit the ground running from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online systems
• Providing pricing, availability and delivery updates
• Coordinating with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After Sales teams
• Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate CRM and order management records
What We're Looking For:
✅ Previous B2B Customer Service experience or Administration
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Experience using CRM systems
✅ Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
✅ Strong Microsoft Office capability
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
✅ SAP experience would be advantageous
