Rhino Container, a Novvia Group company is a well-established distributor that has been in business for almost 30 years. The position would be in Portland OR area. This is an on-site, full-time position that provides stability and a friendly fun working environment. We are looking for someone to join our team in a long-term capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day interaction with customers providing a high level of service
- Supporting the sales team
- Processing customer orders
- Working closely with vendors
- Monitoring product inventory levels
- General office duties
- Assisting with answering phones
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 5+ years of customer service and/or purchasing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Customer service oriented
- Hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
