Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers in-store, online, and by phone to handle inquiries, assist with product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include guiding customers through product selections, processing orders and returns, managing complaints, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience aligned with the brand’s values. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and providing feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes. The Customer Service Representative will also support store events and promotional activities, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representative roles.
  • Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver a consistent, positive Customer Experience across multiple channels.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale, messaging, or CRM systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a customer-first attitude; prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
