We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional support experiences to our customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and servicerequests across multiplecommunication channels. You will work to resolveissues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor that reflects our company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will contribute to our organization's success by building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development in a customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidatewill report to the Team Leader or Manager and work closelywith operations teams to provide comprehensive customer care.

Minimum Criteria

Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4) with maths and English as a passedsubject (tertiary qualification advantageous)

Minimum 6+ months of customerservice experience in retail, hospitality, or call centerenvironment High level of English Proficiency (Verbal and Written)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation and professional Englishaccent neutrality tone

Computer literate Criminal Clearance South African Citizen

Availability – as soon as possible

Rotational shifts

Monday to Friday between13h00 – 03h00 (am) Saturdays from 14h00 – 23h00

Sundays- Close
