We specialize in fun and creative promotional products, including sunglasses, toys, games, art supplies and more. We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level position, and we are happy to train the right candidate. If you are organized, enjoy helping customers, and want to grow with a stable company, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, pricing, transit times, order status, tracking, and invoice payments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Assist customers with account support and order updates
  • Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service experiences

What We’re Looking For:

The following are preferred but not required. We’re willing to train.

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with AS400 database or within the ASI industry (a plus, not required)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
