We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing Customer Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and ensuring customers receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer account administration activities, reviewing correspondence and determining appropriate actions
- Investigate and resolve customer queries at account level, ensuring positive outcomes
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain required information and progress customer requests
- Complete loan administration tasks including issuing statements and customer documentation
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to loan servicing
- Maintain accurate system records following all customer interactions
- Work towards agreed service levels, quality standards, and performance targets
- Take ownership of customer complaints and issues through to successful resolution
- Identify and escalate errors or incidents appropriately, ensuring customer impact is considered
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service, contact centre, or financial services experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must have APA/ QFA qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
