The Customer Service Representative – Billing II role is designed to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service related to billing inquiries. This position handles communications of moderate complexity across multiple channels, contributing to the organization’s goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service on billing issues using voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries with moderate complexity
• Utilize various communication channels to interact with customers consistently
4. Requirements:
• Relevant skills, training, experience, and education applicable to customer service and billing
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range: $19.41 to $24 per hour
• Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors
• Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation
