2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative – Billing II plays a crucial role in assisting members by delivering clear guidance and resolving escalated billing issues. This position directly impacts members'' understanding of their health care plans and access to care by providing support to a high volume of callers daily. The role is essential in simplifying complex health concerns and fostering positive customer experiences.

3. Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic support and guidance to 50 to 70 callers daily regarding billing and health care plan inquiries.

• Resolve escalated customer issues with clarity and compassion.

• Manage communication through multiple channels including voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries.

• Attend and complete a comprehensive training program including virtual instructor-led training and on-the-job training.

• Work assigned shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

4. Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with 9-hour shifts including breaks.

• Availability to attend all training sessions during the initial 90-day period.

• Capacity to handle prolonged phone interactions and diverse communication styles.

• Skills to resolve complex healthcare billing issues clearly and calmly.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting pay of $17.20+ per hour, dependent on skills, experience, education, training, and certifications.

• Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation.
