The Customer Service Representative – Call Center handles inbound customer interactions for major brands, assisting with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support. Using guided systems and resources, the role delivers high-quality, professional customer care aligned with brand standards. It offers schedule flexibility after certification and is suitable for individuals seeking a stable, structured support role with potential for growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound customer interactions for various brands
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and product support
• Use company systems and resources to provide accurate information
• Maintain professionalism and brand alignment in all communications
• Adhere to schedules and performance expectations
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Residency in the U.S. excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
• Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
• Preferred: prior call center or customer service experience
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish/English
• Preferred: familiarity with phone or computer-based support environments
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• USD 11 – USD 13 hourly
