What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound and outbound phone support to patients using ambulatory cardiac monitoring devices
- Guide patients through device setup, activation, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a point of contact for clinics and healthcare staff regarding device orders and patient status
- Accurately document all patient interactions in CRM and maintain compliance with HIPAA standards
- Assist with coordination of device logistics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical device environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, EMR/CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in ambulatory cardiac monitoring or cardiology services
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring devices such as Holter monitors or telemetry systems
- Prior experience supporting remote patient populations or troubleshooting medical devices
- Knowledge of basic cardiac rhythm terminology (AFib, PVCs, SVT) is a plus
