About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and business partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and electronic channels, explaining coverage details, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of our policies, programs, and coverage options, adhering to departmental guidelines while fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and basic technical skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
  • Customer service training or experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and electronic communications, ensuring adherence to policies and coverage terms
  • Explain and uphold contract coverage details to customers and contractors accurately
  • Follow up with clients and partners to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, and programs through ongoing education
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions
  • Support team efforts by assuming additional duties as assigned
