We’re looking for a customer-focused and confident communicator to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and ensure each interaction leaves them satisfied and valued.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and make calls to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or service support.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions with patience and professionalism.
- Handle customer issues calmly, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliability.
- Use CRM tools, call scripts, and databases effectively.
- Meet or exceed service quality targets and performance metrics.
- Recommend or upsell company products/services when appropriate.
- Stay updated through regular training and team meetings.
- Support other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Friendly, confident, and empathetic personality.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be living in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, or Lalitpur.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and communication software.
- Flexible, punctual, and eager to learn.
