Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-orientated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. She will also support the sales team by scheduling meetings with corporate clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a professional attitude toward client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communication.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to create a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Maintain organized and updated records of prospects within CRM/lead management tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead-generation KPIs and performance targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify relevant industries, potential buyers, and key decision-makers.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships with prospects.
  • Gather feedback and relay insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in strengthening customer experience through timely communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
